The Don Bosco Way has been marked with great care, and normally a map is sufficient to follow it. However, in foggy conditions, GPS assistance can be useful. The route is marked with white-green signs<\/strong> of 11×14 cm or white-green stickers<\/strong> of 10×14 cm, mainly used in urban centers and generally applied to poles supporting road signs. The stage descriptions in the Guide and on the website follow the route from Turin to Colle Don Bosco, but it is highly recommended to complete the loop by returning to Turin from Colle through the lower Cammino, as was done in the time of Don Bosco. This is a trek that takes 5 or 6 days, depending on the hikers’ fitness level, but it’s worth it. <\/p>\n\n

Unfortunately, there are frequent instances of trail markers being removed, damaged, or vandalized<\/strong>, especially in urban areas and near city centers. In such cases, hikers are requested to report any problems encountered on the Way, including path interruptions due to landslides or fallen trees, by emailing<\/strong> info@camminodonbosco.eu<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

Lastly, respect for nature<\/strong> and caution is advised; especially in wooded areas, it is not uncommon to encounter wild animals<\/strong>, which generally move away when they detect human presence.<\/p>\n\n
