Bardassano is a hamlet of Gassino T.se, located 21 km from Turin, and is home to approximately 50 inhabitants. The Castle of Bardassano, an imposing fortress from the 11th century beautifully preserved, briefly hosted Frederick Barbarossa after the siege of Chieri (1156) and dominates a quiet, traffic-free village with bars and shops.
