The Guide provides detailed descriptions of the route for each stage, covering a total of about 200 km. It offers all the necessary information to organize and undertake the chosen trek, including details about refreshment spots, water points, and accommodations along the various routes.
The stage descriptions have been carefully prepared, but each hiker walks at their own risk: by using the paths, they acknowledge understanding their difficulty level and must also check the weather conditions in advance. The authors and the publisher cannot be held responsible for any accidents or route errors.
